He is an interesting mix of physiotherapist (although he would never claim to be one) and Personal Trainer. We have a good blend of in person and online training that works for my movements between London and the Cotswolds. He is an excellent motivator."

"I cannot recommend Steve Goodacre enough. I've been training with Steve for many years and we have focused on a variety of issues - all of which have been successful. This ranged from improving mobility, fat loss, strength development, Thai boxing amongst others. Unrelated to our training there have been a few 'big' injuries along the way which Steve has rehabilitated incredibly well. I was sceptical of returning to full fitness after surgery on a torn chest muscle, however I am now back to shifting good weight with no pain. With Steve's experience, he is able to analyze one's movement patterns and focus on the weak parts that improves the overall movement chain. Tough trainer but produces excellent results."

Steve has helped me back from, among other things, sciatica and a fractured humerus. He is a details man in terms of rebuilding strength after say a fracture . He starts with the smaller muscles then progresses into the larger external muscles. He has a very high level of expertise. His sessions are always different and interesting. They can be hard but I always trust that if he says I can do it then I can. With Steve's training my confidence has massively increased, my strength, fitness and stamina have increased and my weight has decreased, and all in my 60s . What more could one want!
