Sarah
Nutritionist | Evidence based Personal Training
Sarah is a certified MNU Nutritionist, Performance Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in nutrition and more than 14 years in the fitness industry. As part of the One True North team, she brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine passion for helping clients reach their full potential — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Grounded in evidence-based practice, Sarah takes pride in translating nutritional science into clear, practical strategies that deliver real-world results. She works with both men and women, supporting a wide range of health and performance goals, with particular experience in weight management and female health. Her coaching empowers clients to better understand their bodies, improve their relationship with food, and achieve lasting results.
While Sarah’s principles are rooted in an evidence based approach, her methods are entirely client-led. Drawing on her years of experience, she tailors each plan to fit the individual — selecting the most effective strategies based on a client’s goal, timeline, lifestyle, and personal circumstances. This flexibility allows her to deliver meaningful progress in a way that feels achievable, sustainable, and aligned with each person’s unique journey.
With a background in Level 2 Counselling Skills, Sarah’s approach goes beyond the technical aspects of training and nutrition. She values the relationships she builds with her clients, believing that meaningful, supportive connections are key to long-term success. Her sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and built on trust — creating a space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered.
At One True North, Sarah believes that true health isn’t about perfection — it’s about direction. Through education, empathy, and consistent guidance, she helps clients navigate their journey with clarity and confidence, turning goals into sustainable lifestyle changes that last.
