Nutrition coaching at One True North is fully individualised and tailored to each client’s needs. Support may include structured nutrition planning, dietary analysis, education-led coaching, habit development, and accountability-based check-ins. Coaching strategies are continually adapted based on progress, lifestyle demands, and individual response to change to ensure results remain realistic, effective, and sustainable.
One True North specialises in aggressive dieting phases, supporting fat loss in a structured and intentional manner while prioritising health, performance, and long-term adherence. Performance nutrition coaching is also available, informed by Sarah’s postgraduate training in Performance Nutrition, for clients looking to optimise fuelling, recovery, and body composition in line with training and competitive demands.
